SOLAR HOT WATER
Once you have covered the cost of your installation, your hot water costs will be reduced. Our evacuated tube technology is specifically designed for our Northern climate and works all the year round, converting up to 96% of light into energy.
You will need panels or collectors on the roof as well as a hot water storage system, and a control system to make the most of heat exchange system.
 By heating a fluid within a vacuum, our advanced system works throughout the year and does not require direct sunlight to operate. Just read some of our customers’ comments within our testimonials section.
We design systems for domestic and commercial hot water, as well as swimming pool heating and assisted heating, particularly for new builds and under floor heating.
Before we install any system we will advise you of the suitability and the realistic output expectation. Our design will incorporate your requirements and we provide simulated data calculations taking in to account your location (irradiation or sun energy), roof pitch and orientation, and other relevant data.
 As an accredited installer under the Low Carbon Buildings Program, all Finesse installations will be eligible for the new proposed Renewable Heat Initiative (RHI) scheme due to start from April 1st 2011. This would amount to an annual refund for all qualified systems for 20 years. At present the suggested level is 18p per kWh/annum over 20 years.
